The term ‘Real Estate Agent” or “ Real Estate Professional” or “Agent” means any authorised salesperson or Agent licensed to sell Real Estate in New Zealand and also may include “property management companies” where the service provided by Value My Home is relevant to rental of your property. “Value My Home” and “Value My House” (including its directors, management and staff) are independent of, and have no contracts or agreements with, any Real Estate company, franchise or individual selling or managing property in New Zealand, apart from services provided through this website. This website is a technical link or search facility to put visitors of these website in touch with a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Company.
